The Social Party is a political party of Nava. It is currently one of the nation's two major political parties, along with the Conservative Party. It formed during the 1950s when a group of Senators split off from the Labour Party because they were concerned that party was growing too close to communism; after a decade, the Social Party had supplanted its predecessor as the main left-wing party of Nava.
The Social Party is generally a left-wing, socially progressive party, though its individual members range from centre-left to far-left. It is comparable to the Social Democratic Party of Ostrobia.
